We purchased a Restonic with the "marvelous middle" in June, 2010. Within a month or two, it was already sagging. After multiple conversations with the owner of the furniture store where I bought it, in May, 2011 we returned it to the manufacturer. After sleeping on an air mattress for 3 weeks, they finally returned my mattress stating that nothing was wrong with it. They replaced the pillow top with a firmer version, but that was it. To me, that's like putting a piece of cardboard over a bowl of jell-o and expecting it to support a glass of water. Anyway, we spent $1,300 on this mattress thinking it was of decent quality, well it's not! I WOULD NOT recommend anyone purchase a mattress from this company. I haven't had a good night's sleep in a year and a half. I wake up with back pain, pinched nerves, muscle spasms, shoulder pain, hip pain, you name it. I've never suffered from much pain in my life, and never had back issues until buying this mattress. As soon as we save up the money, we will get rid of this mattress and buy a totally different brand. Just for spite, I might even dump the POS off at the furniture store where I bought it and tell them to dispose of it because I wouldn't want to sell it or donate it because I wouldn't want anyone else to suffer or lose sleep! Again, DON'T BUY A RESTONIC!

We bought a Restonic Comfort Master firm Queen less than 2 years ago in the Dallas Fort Worth area, where we live. My wife and I are not overwieght (about 180 and 130), but the mattress developed SINKHOLES where we sleep within a few months. it made my wife's back feel horrible. We just dumped it for another brand. I can't recommend Restonic.

I have had my Restonic for over 35 years. All I know is we paid extra to have it firm. Yes, it is fine now. I do clean it about each time I change sheets. It has one small dent on the side where we had to bend it to get it up the stairs at one of
my homes. People can not bellieve my mattress is over 35 years old. Maybe it
is true, things are not made like they use to be but I love it and I am not about to
get a new one. This one is perfect.

We bought a Restonic King size "Paradise" mattress in Feb.2011. This is the worst purchase I have ever made. The mattress is mounded in the middle, slopes on the sides at the top,and at the foot. We cannot get comfortable on this horrible mattress. My husband and I both wake up with back ache and hip ache. We jumped through all the hoops taking pictures holding up ruler in the low spots, filling out forms, writing letters and talking to warranty dept. The only option we have is to pay for pick up and they will charge us for any repairs and delivery and then if it is not right we pay again pay for any work or delivery. My husband actually has rolled out of bed in the night and onto the floor. We are stuck with a lemon. There is no customer service with Restonic. We would never buy another Restonic .

We bought a Marvelous Middle set for over $2000.00 from a local retailer (Al Grace Appliance) in Rockford, IL and have had service repair after repair. We have a huge sink hole in middle, and, we can’t sleep without pillows between us to keep from rolling into each other. The 10 year warranty that was a selling feature is not worth the paper it's written on. All I wan't is for Restonic to replace this peace of junk with a conventional mattress, but no they won't.

I agree totally! We purchased a Restonic mattress a year and a half ago..it is horrible. Sagging and huge indentations! Restonic told us we could ship the mattress back to them and they would fix it! We went out and bought the Sleep Number bed...what we should have done from the start. We wasted 1200.00 of our hard earned money on Restonic.

i had a restonic for over 20 years and loved it....was destroyed when i moved cross country and it was packed improperly. i bought another marvelous middle mattress in january and before the month was over it was sagging. i had to take my own pictures of the problem and send it to the retailer for shipping back to the manufacturer contracted to make the mattresses. it was sent back and not fixed. the retailer knows of the problem but won't refund the money. i called restonic corp, was offered a refund but both the manufacturer and retailer told me that the corporation could not tell them what to do and had not business telling me they'd give me a refund. basically, restonic doesn't stand behind their product or the company that manufacturers the product. i'm really disappointed in the product. i'm stuck and can't afford to simply replace the mattress at this time. i have lost a lot of faith in usa manufactured products.

Bought a Restonic, had never heard of the brand before but we were looking for a mattress for a spare bedroom in our new house. We ended up getting a queen size Restonic for the spare and quite frankly I like it, if not love it better than the 9 year old Sealy Posturepedic pillowtop we have in the masterbedroom. Granted the Sealy is almost 10 years old, and maybe perhaps it's the fact that I now prefer the firm Restonic to the Pillow Top Sealy. It's worth noting that the Restonic Firm has made me realize that I prefer firm mattresses. We're now shopping for a king size mattress set for the master and I'm about as confused as everybody else after reading reviews. I also must say the Restonic was purchased for like $399.00 and I'm amazed, maybe it's not worth the extra $$ for all the bells and whistles.

Hey Zoe,

I am selling my Restonic mattress with box springs. If you live in the Seattle area...let's talk. If you are still in the market.

I do love my Restonic, no complaints. Unemployed and need cash.

I'm trying to replace a Restonic mattress set that we have slept on for over 15 years. Bought a Serta that began to sag after 2 days. Returned that set and moved the Restonic back to the bedroom. Trying to find a good firm mattress that will last. I have nothing bad to say about Restonic. Got on this site trying to find store that stills sells this brand.
